Whether it is for a whole week straight or just an hour a day while you have dinner with your family, prove to yourself that you can go without your phone. It will have a significant impact on your state of mind.
It can go over our heads how much we don't notice little things when we are on our phones. Those notifications on our phone train our minds only to pay half the attention we usually would. We are always waiting to produce dopamine. We provide ourselves with dopamine with a very simple alert on our smartphone.
GO WITHOUT YOUR SMARTPHONE, AND IT WILL HAVE A SERIOUS IMPACT ON YOUR STATE OF MIND.
2. Walk It Out
Let's think about it: The rhythm of your right foot then your left foot is a similar back and forth rhythm in which we breathe in and then breathe out.
